World's Richest Dead Celebrity:Micheal Jackson has Earned over $600 million

Since his death in 2009, Micheal Jackson's estate has earned over $600 million..His latest album debuting at no 2 on the music charts and over 500 performances by a traveling Cirque du Soleil show based on his songs have contributed to the income stream.However, most of the earnings have been used to settle debts and costs of running his vast estate.According to a break down by AP,between mid-2009 and the end of 2012,they spent the following...

• Nearly $20 million went to support Jackson's children and his mother, Katherine, in 2012

• More than $91 million on taxes and licenses, including $45 million paid to the federal government for taxes.

• More than $25 million in compensation for the estate's executors, Jackson's longtime attorney John Branca and family friend and music executive John McClain. The men receive a percentage of the estate's earnings.

• More than $17 million to lawyers who represent the estate, Katherine and her grandchildren.

•  Nearly $4 million to properly store and archive the trove of personal belongings and unreleased music that Jackson amassed during his lifetime.

  Katherine's attorney, Perry Sanders Jr.said

 "This is a complex estate with unique issues,"Under all the circumstances, Mrs. Jackson and the children are certainly being well cared for."

However,his children Prince, 17; Paris, 16; and Blanket, 12,will receive inheritance when they reach adulthood

The Police in Enugu State have arrested one Timothy Ngwu, the General Overseer of Vineyard Ministry of the Holy Trinity, located at Ihe/Owerre, Nsukka in Enugu State.Before his arrest on Friday, the self acclaimed Pastor, who said he was obeying God’s command, has put no less than 20 members of his church in a family way.

According to DailyPost ,the spokesman of the Enugu State Police Command, Ebere Amaraizu, DSP, disclosed that

 "the pastor claims to be obeying prophetic/spiritual injunction to do the will of God, which is to impregnate any one chosen and revealed by the Holy Spirit, irrespective of whether the woman is married or not.When the woman is delivered of the baby, the child remains in the ministry with the mother for life”

Vineyard Ministry of the Holy Trinity, located at Umudikwere, Ihe/Owere Nsukka in Enugu was not known until DSP Gloria Udoka and her operatives from the Anti Child Trafficking unit of the state criminal and investigation department, stormed the place based on the complaint they received from wife of the Pastor, Veronica Ngwu, bordering on sexual abuse of people in the ministry, which has brought about indiscriminate pregnancy among married and single women in the ministry.According to Veronica, her husband used to be a well known catechist in Nsukka Catholic.Some of the members’ wives are now living with him after he impregnated all of them”

It was further disclosed that while acting under the same alleged will of God, the Pastor got his wife’s niece pregnant..

Reacting to the allegations against him, the General Overseer stated that he has about five wives with thirteen children, apart from other concubines, who came as a result of the prophetic will of God.He claimed that he does not do anything with any married woman until full consent and agreement is reached between him and the husband in line with the directives of the holy Spirit.
Two of the women, who had left their husband and are now living with the General Overseer, Calista Omeje, and Assumpta Odo confirmed that they left their husband and went to the General Overseer based on the prophetic injunction to do the will of God.

Calista revealed that she is married to her husband with ten children, and that she was impregnated by Timothy, though the baby later died.She further disclosed that she also gave her daughter out to the General Overseer to be impregnated in fulfillment of will of God.

Assumpta Odo also confirmed the development, pointing out that she is also married with eight children and that the pastor impregnated her as well as her daughter

Man Gets 95-Year Jail Term for 'Knowingly' Infecting 15-Year-Old Virgin with HIV

A 31-year-old man knew he had HIV when he had sex with a 15-year-old virgin he'd met on a chat line - but she didn't know until she became infected with the disease.

Reese met the girl, who is now 17, when she called a chat line in December 2012 and when her parents caught them talking on the phone, he assured them he was 18.

The two embarked on a seven-month relationship between 2012 and 2013 and after they met at a Dallas movie theater, Reese persuaded her to have sex with him in his car.

When she told him she was a virgin and had never had a boyfriend, he said it was probably because she'd never had sex. He said if she didn't have sex 'it would make a man want to cheat'. 'He told me he could see himself being with me,' she told Judge Pat McDowell in court. 'He was saying all the right things. He was telling me what I wanted to hear.'



Months later, Reese was arrested on drug charges and sent to jail, but he and the girl - who was still unaware that she had become infected with HIV - continued to stay in touch through letters.

She eventually fell ill, lapsing into a coma for two weeks and spending 40 days in hospital after her kidneys failed, and she was later diagnosed with HIV. During a phone call when she was in the hospital, Reese said he had 'symptoms' of HIV, but insisted he was 'clean'.

Her mother, who is just four years older than Reese, said that family members discovered his actual age in September when they looked up his criminal record and learned he had convictions for drug charges, family violence assault, evading arrest and resisting arrest.

When they confronted him about his real identity, he did not deny it, she told the court. The family then called police. The girl must now take medication every day to keep her viral load low.

'There was a point...where I wished death on him,' she said. 'I didn't deserve this. I don't like him at all.'

Matthew Louis Reese pleaded guilty to three charges, including aggravated sexual assault with a deadly weapon for repeatedly having sex with the girl without a condom.

Prosecutors requested he serves 95 years behind bars - aggravated sexual assault of a child with a deadly weapon, in exchange for 55 years, aggravated sexual assault with serious bodily injury, in exchange for 20 years, and sexual assault of a child, in exchange for 20 years

Italy to repatriate 700 Nigerian prisoners

The Italian Ambassador to Nigeria, Fulvius Rusticu, yesterday June 19th revealed plans by the Italian Government to repatriate 700 Nigerian prisoners currently serving jail time in Italian prisons. While  speaking with pressmen in Abuja, Fulvius said Italian and Nigerian Govt officials were in talks for a Transfer Agreement (PTA) and would meet first week in July in Rome to conclude negotiations. He said bringing the prisoner closer home is in the interest of the prisoners 

"Each country is responsible for its prisons; the logic in signing a PTA is that we think that it is better for Nigerians and even Italians to serve their terms at home. Already to be in prisons is not a nice experience, being abroad is even worse, so given the prisoner the chance to return home is in their own interest. It is very rare for a prisoner to want to stay in a foreign country, we have cases of Italians serving in prisons abroad and they look forward, and are happy to return home,” he said

No fewer than 15,316 Nigerians are in various prisons abroad with the largest No. of 752 in the UK
