Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Job Description
The successful candidate will be answerable to the Project Manager and assist the M&E Officer in data management database maintenance, data compilation/collation, data verification, entry and reporting in focal states as needed.
Responsibilities
Updating of database.
Conduct routine DOA when necessary.
Facilitate M&E trainings in states etc.
Qualifications
He/she must possess a first degree(B.Sc/HND) in any field.
He/She must have strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
Excellent writing, reporting and presentation skills.
He/She must have at least 1-2 years' working experience similar field
He/She must be experienced in conducting held interviews, transcribing audio data, reporting and monitoring
Demonstrated skills at writing clearly and succinctly is a must.
He/She should have the ability to produce thorough high quality work within a tight time-frame.

Finance Officer
Job Description
The successful candidate works under the direct supervision of the program Accountant.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Programme Accountant with a dotted line relationship to the Project Manager and the Operations Manager as regards scope and timing of activities so as to effectively manage funds.
The successful candidate must be primarily responsible for the proper application of funds in accordance with RFH financial policies.
Co-ordinate all financial aspects of the project from the award of contract to end of award and subsequent follow-up and work with the Research information Team to monitor research outcomes.
He/She will be responsible for preparing, maintaining and sending of accurate financial reports to the Programme Accountant.
He/She will also assist in budget analysis, implementation and monitoring.
Manage existing projects by: tracking ouch projects, developing internal reporting systems writing reports: maintaining excellent historical records: providing trend analysis on a monthly basis: working with staff to ensure each project or program is meeting proposal conditions and expectations.
Qualifications
He/she must possess a first degree (B.Sc./HND) in Accounting.
Must possess minimum of one year post-NYSC working experience.
Must possess good knowledge of Microsoft office especially excel.
Regional Operations Coordinator (ROC)
Job Description
The successful candidate reports the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Managing group of drivers in a region and reporting on the activities.
Coordinating drivers' routes and schedules in all the states that fall within a region.
Collecting and analysing data gathered from drivers.
Ensure road safety standards are upheld.
Training and assessing drivers.
Responding to and investigating accidents and dealing with all drivers' HR needs.
Prepare weekly and monthly report on the activities of his/her region.
Monitor and follow the service schedule designed for the vehicles within his/her region.
Qualifications
Must possess minimum of National Diploma in any field but preferably.
Must possess a valid drivers' license.
Must be between ages 25 and 40.
Fleet Officer
Job Description
The successful candidate reports the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage the inventory of store items and servicing parts.
Carry out analysis of fleet management software as well as fuel management and the vehicle's tracking system.
Manage drivers and safeguard fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance in line with stated policies and guidelines and write report on the fleet activities.
Ensure the vehicles and divers are properly inspected in accordance with stated procedure and conduct regular check on their operation.
Maintain daily logs of vehicle breakdown, maintenance problems and accidents as well as design checklists for proper maintenance of the project vehicles
Qualifications
He/She must possess a first degree (B.Sc/HND) in Engineering or Social Sciences.
He/She must have strong quantitative, qualitative and numerical skills.
He/She must have at least 1-2 years' working experience in similar field.
