The 2012 Forbes list for the richest people on the planet is out and Nigerian born Alhaji Aliko Dangote has certainly stamped his tracks in the sounds of time in the area of the richest people from around the world. The list is blazing with 18 other Africans including Ethiopian born Mohammed Al- Amoudi on the number spot for the richest black person on the planet at an estimated worth of $12.5billion ahead of Dangote's second position with $11.2billion.
Mexican born Carlos Slim is retaining his title for a record 3rd time in a roll as the richest man in the world with $69billion, Bill Gates is coming close at second position with $61billion and Warren Buffet at number three with $44billion. Spanx boss Sara Blakely (on the cover of Forbes Magazine) is on the billionaires list at number 1,153 with a net worth of $1billion.
